Recommended Cruising Spots in Hampton VA for Bi

Would love to hear some areas where people have had some luck discreetly and safely crusing some other discreet bi cocklovers like me in and around Hampton. I have actually had a little luck over the years at Barnes and Noble in Newport News, the movie theater parking lot across from sandy bottom park and hit the jackpot out of sheer luck one afternoon in the library parking lot in York County.
